Manager Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is available to anyone who purchases courses for another individual and would like to track progress for that course.

  • The Dashboard can be found using the link below or by clicking "Dashboard" at the top of your login screen.

Available Courses

This section shows the amount of courses purchased and available to share.

  • The difference between "Personal" and "Organizational" is whether the course appears on your "My Courses" page to take yourself. If you are planning on sending all of your purchased courses to staff, all of the courses should be listed as "Organizational".
  • The "Transfer" button is not for sending to staff. This button is used to transfer purchases between dashboards if you have a large business with many locations.

 

Pending Invites Section

This section provides the ability to share courses with staff members. There are two ways to share courses, by creating a code or sending an email.

  • Code: Create a code and provide that code to staff members to take the course.
  • Email: Employee should check their email for the "Go to Invite" link and follow the steps to activate.

 

 

Employees Section

Individuals who activate a code or emailed invite will appear in this section (they will also appear in green in the "Pending Invites" section). You can review course progress and exam activation in this area.

  • If you are the dashboard manager, never remove yourself from this section! In doing so, you will remove your manager abilities and dashboard view!

 

 

Proof of Learning and Exam Certifications

The easiest way to retrieve staff certifications is by clicking the "Exam Certificates" or "Proof of Learning" links from the top left corner of the dashboard.
