When my staff takes the test, when will they know their results? IMMEDIATELY! 

When my staff signs up, how will receive their course? Your account will have a "dashboard" from which you can invite staff to use your courses via an emailed link or an activation code. This video shows how to do one or the other https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBSthGR8PaY 

How long is the course? This will vary depending on the student. The course typically takes 6-8 hours to complete.

Does the course need to be taken all at once? No, each staff member can take the course individually and at their own pace.

What information is provided on the dashboard? When you share courses with staff members from the dashboard, they will be recorded as employees within your account. As they start their course, the dashboard will reflect course progress with a percentage, here is a video on how that looks https://youtu.be/yjVrHBV-rwc. The dashboard will also house the exam certifications for your staff members.

If a staff member cannot test in person, will they have the ability to take their exam with a remote proctor? Staff members who cannot test in person have the ability to test remotely for an additional $48 fee. You as the proctor will need to contact Always Food Safe to switch the exam and process the fee. 

For the testing with me, do they just need an Internet connection and a browser? Will they need some special software? Internal proctoring requires internet connection only. There is also an Always Food Safe app for the exam portion, which can be found in the App Store or Google Play Store.

Do I have the ability to do the test with them remotely? If so, do they need special software? With remote proctoring, they have to be alone, and there are downloads that will happen such as a browser extension so they can connect to the desktop.
