How to Continue to the Next Chapter

Each section of the Food Manager/Food Handler/Allergen Awareness course has a minimum mandatory timer that must elapse before moving to the next section. The timer is at the bottom of the page and varies from 6 to 20 minutes depending on the length of the chapter. Once the timer reaches zero, you can take the quiz, move on to the next section, or exit the training to continue later.

If you do not see the timer or experience any issues, please try using a different browser. The ideal browser for our site is Google Chrome, as Internet Explorer or Safari can sometimes cause issues. 

Also, please check that your zoom settings on the browser are allowing you to see the full page.
